Rockwin’s present CEO, Mr. Vishnu Prakash, after graduating from IIT
Kharagpur and MS from the US returned to India in early seventies and joined a research program at IIT Delhi. Here he worked on development of turbine flowmeter, which was much appreciated by the Industry. This encouraged Vishnu to start a company called Rockwin to produce the turbine meters for industrial applications in a modest way. And since 1976, Rockwin has been producing high performance flowmetering equipments. Rockwin has to its credit several new developments in technology and equipments for process control instrumentation.
Rockwin’s present facilities are located over approximately 10000 square meter area at Shahibabad, about 25 Km from central New Delhi. The Facilities include the Head Office, Design, Manufacturing and Calibration Facilities. A new fabrication bay for Skids has recently been added. Rockwin employs approximately 85 full time employees at its Shahibabad facilities and regional offices in Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.
The Rockwin manufacturing range consists of Industrial Inline, Insertion and Custody Transfer Turbine Flowmeters along with a range of Field and Panel Instrumentation, Flow Conditioning equipment, Metering and Calibration skids. Rockwin, with excellent products and in house calibration facilities at par with some of the best in the world, have many satisfied customers in the international market.
